Self Adjusting Bellcrank and Servo Tray by SWB

The SWB self adjusting bellcrank and servo tray is a breakthrough in pull-pull system design. The cable system eliminates the need for matchboxes and the need to perfectly match the servos. No binding and if a servo fails, the remaining servos continue to operate the system. All hardware and bellcrank is included and the tray comes in either 2 or 3 servo configurations fitting JR, Hi-Tec or Futaba standard size servos.

Assembly is required, specify servos to be used. Servos not included.

Bellcranks

Bellcranks are CNC cut aluminum and come in a variety of sizes. They are used in pull-pull systems for large aircraft to keep the tension off the servo output shaft. Additionally, bellcranks keep the line tension from compressing the servo rubber grommets due to cable compression resulting in what many perceive as cable stretch. The servo pushrods are attached to the bellcrank and 2 cables to the control surface. Bellcrank allows tightening of the cables without loading the servos.

Servo Trays by SWB

These trays with built in bellcrank come in 2, 3, and 4 servo configurations and are sized to fit standard case size servos such as the JR 8411DS or equivalent Hitec or Futaba servos.

25%-35% - 2 Tray: Typically used for IMAC-3D type flying.
